Depending on the option you choose from our Free Quote, automated forms help you to easily create players' profiles and statistics, Match scores and stats that automatically appear in pre-formatted lists.

You can of course give permission to any member of your team (or any one else) to help you creating and/or editing the site's content.

It's up to you. Tell us which domain name you want (ie: "myteam.com") and, as long as it is available, we will register it for you.

Please note that you also can register your domain name yourself if you want to. We can even recommend you good and reliable registrars.

You don't have to but it is strongly recommended if you have no experience dealing with third party Web Hosting Companies. You can choose a web hosting company of your choice. We can even recommend cheap and/or reliable hosting companies. Please check with us if the hosting plan you consider is compatible with the site we will build for you before signing up. We will also need full and exclusive access to your account as long as we are working on your site. However, we encourage you to consider one of the hosting plans offered as an option in our free quotes. Having your site hosted with us guaranties: - 100% compatibility with the technology we are using. - You never have to deal with any web hosting company's custommer service to solve a problem. the same person who built your site will take care of all hosting issues himself. - We do regular backups to secure your site and datas. Frequency of backups depends on the plan you choose.

Unless you specifically request another method, we use an open source CMS (Content Management System) called Drupal to build our sites. It is at the same time rich, flexible and secure. It is also constantly maintained and developped by a community of thousands of users and developpers. Tens of thousands of websites are powered by Drupal. Among them, Whitehouse.gov, the website of the Executive Office of the President of the United States of America, has been relaunched in November 2009 using Drupal! The site, as delivered, will work without maintenance. You will just need to update the content.
However, maintenance is sometimes necessary to upgrade the site and keep it up to date with new technologies.
Our quotes contain optional maintenance packages.

Web Site building:
- 50% deposit upon order.
- Balance after delivery.

Payments are refundable up to 1 month after delivery of your website if you are not happy with it. This only applies if we host your site or if we have full and exclusive access to the server hosting your site during the process.

Optional Domain name:
- Registration: 1 full year paid upon order ($15/year for a .com domain)
- Renewal: Renewal will be made only after reception of your payment. A reminder will be sent to you 1 month in advance ($15/year for a .com domain)

Optional web site hosting and maintenance:
- Various options will be offered in our quote.

After delivering the site, we will continue to work on it for 1 month, fixing all the little imperfections we might find. During this period, we will also make minor modifications you might want to do (labels on the menu items, position of the menus, colors if the theme chosen allow color modifications at no additional charge, etc...)

After this period, we will have done everything we can to make you happy with the result. However, if for any reason you didn't like it, we will remove your site from the server and will refund the 50% deposit paid in advance.

This is subject to the following condition:

- We host your site.
Or
- We have, during the whole process, full and exclusive access to the server that hosts your site.

We need your team name, your logo (if you have one and want it to appear on the site), the colors of your team (or the theme colors you want on your site, if different), your domain name (or the one you would like to order)

If you already have a website and want us to transfer its content to your new site, we'll need access to the files of your current site.

If you order your domain name through a third party company, we need access to your account at your registrar's (unless you want to point your domain to our server yourself - we will provide the necessary information)

If you decide not to have your site hosted by us, we will need full and exclusive access to your web host for the time we need to work on your site.

Often less and never more than 2 weeks after we receive your 1st deposit (50% of the agreed price)

The only exception is if you decide to have your site hosted and/or your domain name registered by a third party company. In this case, it will be 2 weeks or less from the moment when you provide us access codes to your hosting company and/or from the moment when you have pointed your domain to your hosting company. We will provide our assistance to help you accelerate the process which usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
