Unless you specifically request another method, we use an open source CMS (Content Management System) called Drupal to build our sites. It is at the same time rich, flexible and secure. It is also constantly maintained and developped by a community of thousands of users and developpers. Tens of thousands of websites are powered by Drupal. Among them, Whitehouse.gov, the website of the Executive Office of the President of the United States of America, has been relaunched in November 2009 using Drupal!
